Prepare Your Item
Ensure the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags attached. Please include your original order dispatch note inside the package to help us identify your purchase.
Complete the Returns Form
Fill out the returns section on your delivery note, clearly stating whether you require a size exchange or a full refund for the returned items.
Post Your Package
Send your items back to the Rovers Retail Store at Sewell Group Craven Park via a tracked postal service. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Processing & Refund
Once your return is received and inspected by our retail team, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is complete.
